Athletes who won medals in both Olympic and non-Olympic disciplines at the World and European Championships in 2024, along with their coaches, were invited to the reception.

At Rohetiiger annual meeting, the annual development book, which looks back on the previous year, was introduced.

Rohetiiger Foundation is a collaboration platform for environmentally conscious companies, inspired by the Teeme Ära! movement, World Cleanup Day, and the Tiigrihüppest. Today, the network includes nearly 100 companies from various fields of activity. The goal of Rohetiiger is to contribute to reducing the environmental footprint of companies and society.

The overarching theme of the conference this time was the different perspectives on human resource management, and all presentations were built around this theme. The EHRS Summit was initiated to provide HR enthusiasts with the opportunity to listen to inspiring speakers, gain knowledge and practical tips to be better prepared for the future, and take time to network and communicate with other representatives in the HR field.

A city-wide party took place as we celebrated the sixth birthday of T1 Mall and officially opened the brand new T1 Venue. Hundreds of participants enjoyed an engaging program that invited them to dance, featuring the band The Swingers, a wonderful aerial acrobatics performance, and an introduction to T1's various dance clubs and performers.

The third real estate and innovation conference focused on sustainability this time.
Discussions revolved around whether environmental sustainability is a limitation or rather an opportunity. Answers were sought to questions about what mindset change is needed in Estonia's real estate environment today and who can influence it.

At the industry's top event, the Commerce Annual Congress, new growth opportunities were sought with the speakers, and optimism was instilled in merchants. The Annual Congress was attended by 350 guests.

Even before the construction work of T1 Venue began, Kuldmuna 2024 took place, where the best marketing works of the past year were awarded. The best were identified in advertising, design, digital, public relations, and event marketing.
